Alvand Cam LLC in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Vice President of HOA Management to partner with the President in leading our Community Management team and driving growth for the Bay Area's premier HOA management company. You'll develop people, improve operations, and build scalable processes while strengthening supervisor ranks and enhancing the client experience for homeowner associations.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading managers and multiple teams in growth environments.
Experience supervising 25+ direct and indirect reports.
Track record establishing, monitoring KPIs, scorecards and performance metrics.
Strong coaching, accountability and performance management.
Experience leading organizational scaling and change management initiatives.
Analytical skills with data-driven staffing, capacity planning and decisions.

Responsabilités

Partner with the President to lead day-to-day operations of the Community Management team.
Coach and develop Supervisor Community Managers to support their teams.
Improve accountability, communication, and follow-through across the organization.
Build scalable processes, reporting, and operational rhythms.
Partner on hiring, performance management, and staff development.
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and strengthen board relationships.
Use data and metrics to support operational decisions and continuous improvement.
Step in to remove roadblocks and keep priorities moving forward.
