RealManage seeks a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead a portfolio of community associations and operational teams. You will drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional service across communities.

The role emphasizes leadership of regional directors, strong financial oversight, and a focus on scalability, efficiency, and staff engagement to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years property management / community management experience.
• CMCA certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication and the ability to manage large portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for assigned portfolios of communities.
• Develop and implement operating plans aligned with company goals.
• Monitor KPIs and drive client retention and service excellence.
• Lead regional leaders and managers through coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, laws, and policies.
