360X Staffing is partnering with a top-tier HOA Management firm in Greater Phoenix to seek a Vice President of Management Services. You will oversee 40–50 communities and guide 8–10 Community Managers, shaping strategy and elevating client success.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as a Community Manager, leadership in large master-planned communities, and a tech-forward, communicative approach. A high-impact, EOS-driven culture awaits.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Community Manager.
• Experience managing large-scale master-planned communities or supervising 5–10 staff.
• Deep knowledge of HOA governing documents, state/federal laws, and financial analysis.
• Embrace modern systems and software to drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of 40–50 communities and guide a team of 8–10 Community Managers.
• Lead strategic initiatives addressing financial, legal, and maintenance challenges.
• Build strong relationships with Boards of Directors and stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence using the company’s software tools.
