Job summary

Help Build the Next Chapter of CAM

Community Association Management is looking for a Vice President of HOA Management to partner with our President in leading and growing one of the Bay Area's premier HOA management companies.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, improving operations, and helping teams perform at a higher level. You'll work closely with the President to support our Community Management team, strengthen our supervisors, improve consistency across the business, and help drive an exceptional experience for our HOA clients.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the President to lead day-to-day operations of the Community Management team.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading managers, supervisors, or multiple teams in a growing organization
• Experience overseeing organizations with 25+ direct and indirect reports
• Proven ability to establish, monitor, and improve operational KPIs, scorecards, and business performance metrics
• Track record of coaching leaders, driving accountability, and addressing performance issues effectively
• Experience leading operational improvements, change management, and organizational scaling initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform staffing, capacity planning, productivity, client service, and operational decisions
• Experience in a high-growth, service-based organization with recurring revenue (HOA management, property management, professional services, healthcare, or similar industries preferred)
