Partner Company in the United States seeks a VP of Business Development to drive revenue growth in the health plans market. The role is quota-carrying and focuses on acquiring new health plan partners, expanding existing relationships, and shaping multi-market enterprise deals.

Responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading complex negotiations across Medicare Advantage, ACA, commercial, and Medicaid lines.

Qualificações

• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise business development or sales to health plans.
• Proven success acquiring new clients, especially BCBS and regional health plans.
• Ability to grow revenue within existing health plan accounts and expand into new markets.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver an annual revenue growth quota across new client acquisitions and market expansion.
• Build and convert a strong enterprise sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and networks.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and new lines of business.
