Job summary

Color Health is seeking an experienced RVP, Health Plan Sales to drive growth with health plans (PBMs/TPAs) across the United States. You will source, develop, and close large, complex deals while shaping Color’s commercial strategy and forecast.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Health Plan Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure revenue growth, contract execution, and market feedback inform product and strategy decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise sales with a history of closing large, complex deals.
• Solid understanding of US health insurers and the US healthcare ecosystem.
• Meaningful rolodex of health plans contacts.
• History of consistently attaining or exceeding quota.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Desire to learn, grow, develop, and mentor future team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of health plan, PBM, and TPA clients in your region.
• Independently take deals from initial conversation to close.
• Collaborate with legal on contract negotiation and signature.
• Work with revops to ensure accurate forecasting and YoY pipeline growth.
• Manage the RFI/RFP process in your territory from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Partnerships to generate revenue access via ASO/fully-insured/Medicare Advantage book of business.
• Contribute to roadmap and commercial strategy sessions by providing customer feedback.
