• Proven effective at building mutually beneficial executive-level relationships, both internally and externally.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours to accommodate procurements.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy to enable expansion into new geographies or add new products to existing relationships.
• Build local relationships to influence program design and competitive positioning.
• Translate state program goals into growth strategy with internal/external resources.
• Identify partnerships and translate them into competitive positions for the organization.
• Drive overall business development strategy with senior leaders to manage bids and investment decisions.
