Job summary

Revelyst Golf Technology seeks a Vice President of Hardware Engineering to lead strategy, development and execution for hardware across Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf and GolfLogix brands. The role reports to the President from the Carlsbad headquarters.

You will build and lead teams across electrical, mechanical, firmware and systems engineering, driving innovation, product quality and operational excellence while aligning with company growth and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong leadership experience managing large hardware teams across electrical, mechanical, firmware and systems engineering.
• Experience with consumer electronics, sports tech, or connected devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the hardware engineering strategy and roadmap for Revelyst Golf Technology.
• Lead end-to-end hardware product development from concept to commercialization.
• Build and develop high-performing hardware engineering teams across multiple disciplines.
