Job summary

Revelyst Golf Technology is seeking a Sr. Director of Business Intelligence to lead the organization's data and analytics strategy, transforming information into actionable insights that drive growth, operational excellence, and competitive advantage.

This executive leader will serve as a strategic partner to the President, CFO, and functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance, ensuring data-driven decision-making throughout the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in BI, analytics, data strategy or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading analytics/BI teams.
• Proven ability to influence executive decision-making with data.
• Advanced expertise with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong SQL and data architecture; Python and analytics preferred.
• Experience applying AI/automation to reporting and forecasting.
• Strong financial/commercial acumen and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and executive reporting.
• Ability to align across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's BI and analytics strategy aligned with growth.
• Lead subscriber waterfall reporting across brands, including ARR, ARPU and LTV.
• Advise executive leadership with data-driven recommendations for planning and investments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing BI/analytics team with scalable processes.
• Design executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Deliver insights on revenue growth, profitability, acquisition, retention, and product adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience and Finance for growth.
• Establish data governance standards and master data management across the enterprise.
• Drive forecasting, scenario planning, and predictive analytics with Finance.
