Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in finance including FP&A.
• Strong experience in a high-growth consumer product environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Build Finance and Accounting function into a trusted business partner.
• Own and execute the Annual Operating Plan process end-to-end.
• Manage cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and banking relationships.
