Job summary

Revelyst Golf Technology seeks a Vice President of Hardware Engineering to lead strategy, development and execution for hardware across Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf and GolfLogix brands. The role reports to the President from the Carlsbad headquarters.

You will build and lead teams across electrical, mechanical, firmware and systems engineering, driving innovation, product quality and operational excellence while aligning with company growth and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong leadership experience managing large hardware teams across electrical, mechanical, firmware and systems engineering.
• Experience with consumer electronics, sports tech, or connected devices is a plus.

Revelyst Golf Technology is seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President, Hardware Engineering to lead the strategy, development, and execution of hardware engineering initiatives across its portfolio of industry-leading brands, including Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, and GolfLogix.

This leader will be responsible for defining and executing the hardware engineering roadmap that powers the next generation of golf technology products, including launch monitors, simulation systems, connected devices, sensor-based solutions, and integrated hardware-software platforms.

The position will provide strategic leadership across engineering disciplines, ensuring world-class innovation, product quality, operational excellence, and successful commercialization.

This position reports to the President and is based in our Carlsbad headquarters.

As the Vice President of Hardware Engineering, you will have an opportunity to:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the hardware engineering strategy and technology roadmap across the Revelyst Golf Technology portfolio, driving innovation, scalability, and competitive differentiation.
• Lead the development of next-generation golf technology products, including launch monitors, simulation systems, connected devices, and embedded technologies.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, partnering across the business to drive product innovation, business growth, and engineering excellence.

Engineering Leadership & Organizational Development

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing hardware engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and systems engineering disciplines.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence while developing future engineering leaders and succession plans.
• Align engineering talent, resources, and organizational priorities to support strategic business objectives and product delivery.

Product Development & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end hardware product development lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through commercialization and sustaining engineering.
• Ensure successful product delivery by meeting quality, performance, timeline, and budget objectives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and engineering best practices across Product Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

Innovation & Technology Advancement

• Lead innovation in optics, sensor technologies, embedded systems, wireless connectivity, simulation technologies, data collection, and performance analytics.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance product performance and customer experience.
• Drive platform-based engineering strategies that support future product growth and scalability.

Business & Industry Leadership

• Represent Revelyst Golf Technology with strategic technology partners, suppliers, customers, and industry organizations.
• Support product commercialization efforts by providing technical leadership and market insight.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop technology strategies that align with growth objectives and market opportunities.
• Participate in customer engagements and industry events to reinforce Revelyst's position as a technology leader.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience leading complex hardware product organizations.
• Proven success building and leading multidisciplinary hardware engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, systems, and firmware engineering.
• Proven success working with ODMs and CMs to engineer, build and produce consumer electronics devices in mass volume.
• Track record of delivering innovative hardware products from concept through commercialization.
• Deep expertise in systems engineering, hardware architecture, embedded technologies, and hardware-software integration, with experience in consumer electronics, sports technology, connected devices, or similar industries.
• Strong strategic leadership, executive presence, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

You Might Have:

• Experience in launch monitor, simulation, computer vision, or sports performance technologies.
• Experience leading global engineering teams and managing offshore development resources.
• Background working within high-growth technology organizations undergoing significant product and business expansion.
• Experience transferring Engineering and Production from in-house to ODMs and CMs overseas.
