Build-A-Bear is seeking a visionary VP, Global Logistics & Supply Chain to reshape our worldwide operations. You will architect a next‑gen, AI‑enabled, data‑driven supply chain that powers Workshops, e‑Commerce, and Global Wholesale while deliveringGuest experience.

You will lead flagship fulfillment hub in Columbus, manage China Warehouse, and coordinate 3P partners, driving a 5‑year roadmap, adoption of AI forecasting, and cost optimization across international borders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level logistics & supply chain experience in toy or consumer goods.
• Deep experience with international logistics, Asia hubs, and Europe distribution.
• Strong background in Supply Chain IT (WMS/TMS/ERP) and AI applications.
• Experience supporting 600+ stores and scaling wholesale/e‑commerce.
• Proven leadership, transparency, and data-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global fulfillment hub and China warehouse operations.
• Manage a network of Global 3P partners for cross-border delivery.
• Develop a 5-year scalable global supply chain roadmap.
• Lead AI-driven forecasting, inventory placement, and automated logistics.
• Modernize Columbus facility and 3PL networks to cut costs and improve speed.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and high-performance standards.
• Align supply chain with enterprise growth and guest experience.
