Job summary

Citi is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer - Vice President to guide and deliver complex enterprise applications. You will manage teams, define architectural standards, and drive delivery across C#, .NET, Angular, and cloud platforms.

The role requires deep experience with REST, messaging, NoSQL, and enterprise integration, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management in a global financial services context.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Financial Services applications
• Experience as Applications Development Manager or senior Applications Development lead
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and cross‑functional collaboration
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, design patterns and integration
• Experience with C#, .NET 6+, Angular 13+ and REST APIs

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams to achieve goals
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions
• Formulate strategies for applications development and related areas
• Develop knowledge of business processes and how IT supports them
• Monitor delivery, manage budget, and handle day‑to‑day team staffing
• Ensure procedures, standards, and controls are followed and risks are managed
