Qualifications

• 5+ years in Applications Development
• SME in Full Stack Applications Development
• Experience delivering successful projects
• Experience with distributed caching and parallel computing
• Experience with design artifacts (architecture, flowcharts, sequence diagrams)
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to integrate functions and deploy new products and processes
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes
• Provide expertise in applications programming and architecture adherence
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation
• Understand how areas like architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet goals
• Provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts and manage work allocation
• Ensure risk considerations and compliance with laws and Citi policies
