Job summary

August Bioservices, a Nashville-based CDMO, seeks a VP of FP&A to lead revenue planning, performance analytics, and forecasting. You will own complex financial modeling, KPI development, and executive reporting to support growth and strategic decisions.

You will collaborate across operations, supply chain, and sales to drive margin improvement and long-range planning. A strong background in manufacturing FP&A and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or another quantitative field.
• 15+ years FP&A experience with a focus in complex manufacturing.
• Oracle ERP, BI, or comparable experience.
• Good understanding of financial statements.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-starter with detail orientation and prioritization under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue reporting by identifying, defining, and implementing KPIs for leadership insights.
• Manage strategic initiatives, develop cost-benefit analyses, and deliver presentations and dashboards for executive leadership.
• Perform detailed analyses for all revenue-driving functions of the business.
• Support development of annual plans, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Build and maintain forecasting models using historical trends and actual results.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and sales to identify drivers of revenue, costs, and margins.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to review revenue and performance.
• Provide variance analysis explanations on financial and KPI performance vs. plan and prior year.
• Assist consolidation of financial results for quarterly results, annual plans, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Execute ad-hoc analytic requests, database queries, and report generation as needed.
