Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or another quantitative field.
• 15+ years of FP&A experience with focus in complex manufacturing or equivalent.
• Proficient in Oracle ERP, BI platforms, and large data set analysis.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with advanced modeling capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Take a lead role in business reporting by identifying and implementing KPIs for leadership insights.
• Manage strategic initiatives, cost-benefit analyses, and present dashboards for executives.
• Perform detailed analyses for revenue-driving functions and support long-range planning.
• Build forecasting models and collaborate with operations, supply chain, and sales teams.
• Consolidate financial results for quarterly and annual plans to senior management.
