DirectMed Imaging, LLC seeks a Director of Finance to lead FP&A, planning, and board reporting. You will partner with the CFO and CEO to build scalable forecasting, models, and dashboards to guide growth and acquisitions.

Responsibilities include managing a small FP&A team, owning the 13-week cash forecast, and delivering clear variance analyses for leadership and lenders. Hybrid role based in Nashville with in-office presence during cycles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 8–12+ years in progressive finance roles with strong FP&A background and team leadership.
• Experience in private equity-backed or leveraged environments preferred.
• Healthcare/services familiarity and post-merger integration experience are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budget process and rolling monthly forecast with cross-functional partners.
• Own operating model, multi-year planning, and revenue/margin/EBITDA assumptions by stream.
• Produce monthly management and board reports, including EBITDA analysis and KPI reporting.
• Build analytics to forecast revenue, margin, and purchasing across streams.
• Model liquidity, working capital drivers, debt service, and capital expenditure scenarios.
• Mentor FP&A team and lead financial modeling alongside leadership.
