Job summary

August Bioservices, headquartered in Nashville, TN, is seeking a VP of FP&A to lead revenue reporting, planning, and analysis across the organization. You will own complex financial modeling and provide insights to senior leadership, guiding forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting and long-range planning.

You will collaborate with plant operations, supply chain and sales to drive revenue growth, margins, and KPI performance, delivering dashboards and presentations to the Executive Leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or quantitative field.
• 15+ years FP&A experience with complex manufacturing focus.
• Oracle ERP or BI experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter with detail orientation and prioritization under tight deadlines.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Able to collaborate across the organization.
• Curious learner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business reporting by defining KPIs for insights.
• Manage strategic initiatives, cost–benefit analyses, and dashboards for executives.
• Perform detailed analyses for revenue-driving functions.
• Assist annual plans, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Build forecasting models with historical data.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and sales to identify drivers.
• Aggregate data for revenue and same-store performance.
• Track industry and competitor analyses.
• Provide variance explanations to leadership.
• Consolidate quarterly results and annual plans for senior management.
• Execute ad-hoc analytics and data queries.
