Hello Heart, an AI-focused heart-health company, seeks a hands-on VP of FP&A to drive the financial planning evolution. You will automate reporting, forecasting, and board-ready decks while partnering with leaders to evaluate investments and enable efficient growth.

Responsibilities include leading the planning cycle, maintaining the financial model, and advancing AI-enabled planning and automation across finance processes. A growth-stage environment experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience with at least 3-5 years leading a team in a growth-stage environment.
• Strong three-statement modeling skills and experience with forecasting recurring revenue businesses.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience implementing FP&A tools like Adaptive or Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning cycle, including long-range plan, annual operating plan, and forecasts.
• Build and maintain the integrated financial model and own bottoms-up revenue forecasting.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled planning, reporting, and board-material production.
