The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, development of integrated financial models, and leveraging AI tools to enhance analytics and reporting. The position is hybrid with SF-area office access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA/CPA/CMA a plus.
• 6+ years FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Accounting experience.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; NetSuite/Tableau familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own operating and capital budget activities across the company and partner with cross-functional leadership to manage P&L expenses and budgets.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models: rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and gross margin/expense projections.
• Translate headcount, vendor spend, project pipelines, and unit economics into financial forecasts and management reports.
