Hello Heart is seeking a hands-on, AI-savvy VP of FP&A to transform our planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will design modern FP&A, automate budgeting, and partner with leaders to evaluate investments while accelerating growth.

Lead a small FP&A team, implement planning tools, and drive data-driven decisions. A strong finance and technology blend is essential to succeed in this strategic role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A experience in fast-paced growth environments.
• Strong three-statement modeling and forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to present plans and variances to executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning: LRFP, annual plan, monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Set operating rhythms across Finance and business leaders.
• Maintain integrated financial model with key metrics and scenarios.
• Own revenue forecasting with GTM, CS, Revenue Ops, and Data teams.
• Prepare management packages and lead financial reviews with execs.
