Sedgwick, a Fortune Best Workplace in Financial Services & Insurance, seeks a VP of Business Transformation (Finance) to lead major process changes and deliver measurable impact across units. You will partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and drive adoption of data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include aligning teams, managing risks, and promoting accountability while ensuring strategic goals are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related discipline.
Professional certifications: PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Management Certification, Six Sigma.

Leads transformation initiatives to support growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Designs and delivers transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams.
Leads process redesign with data-driven thinking and tech enablement.
Accelerates deployment of innovative solutions with stakeholders.
Applies analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform decisions.
Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement culture.
Responsible for results delivered for core functions or multiple areas via managers and professionals.
Aligns diverse teams around shared goals and enables seamless execution of initiatives.
Provides guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance.
Administers personnel policies and staffing standards; interviews and develops colleagues.
