You’ll set strategic goals, design programs, and ensure accountability for results while guiding organizational change.

The role requires a decade of transformation experience in financial services or related sectors, strong analytics, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, management or related discipline.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation with management responsibility.
• Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) highly preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Management or Six Sigma are required or preferred.

• Leads transformation initiatives supporting growth objectives and measurable impact.
• Partners with divisional leaders to focus on enterprise-critical initiatives.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams.
