Bay Colony Search is seeking a senior finance leader to own our financials, close processes, and reporting to our CEO, board, and PE partner. You will build systems and dashboards that provide real visibility into profitability and cash flow, guiding strategic decisions.

You'll partner on budgeting, forecasts, and capital planning, ensuring GAAP compliance and scalable processes as we scale the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA designation strongly preferred; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years experience in accounting/finance with hands-on budgeting.
• Deep GAAP expertise and internal controls experience.
• Fluency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to build financial models and dashboards for leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own the accuracy and integrity of the financial statements.
• Ensure month-end close is timely and GAAP-compliant.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with CEO and department leads.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and strategic financial analyses.
• Partner with auditors, lenders, and insurance partners.
