Job summary

Connectbase in Westborough, Massachusetts is seeking a Vice President of Finance to own FP&A, commercial finance and strategic financial planning. In this role you will translate growth strategy into executable plans, build models, and work closely with the COO and CEO to guide revenue growth, margin and cash flow.

You will lead annual plans, rolling forecasts and bridge from bookings through activation and billing, ensuring disciplined metrics for ARR, churn, retention and profitability across

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in a senior FP&A role.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or data businesses.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition.
• Ability to partner with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan, long-range plan and rolling forecast with integrated statements.
• Translate pipeline, bookings, renewal and churn into ARR, revenue, gross margin and cash forecasts.
• Partner with the COO to run cross-functional performance reviews and reforecasts.
• Define ARR, gross/net retention, bookings and backlog definitions; distinguish organic vs acquired growth.
• Own profitability analysis by product family, customer segment and revenue model.
• Deliver concise management, board and sponsor reporting with the COO and CEO.
