Job summary

Connectbase in Westborough, MA seeks a Vice President of Finance to own FP&A, commercial finance and budgeting, reporting to the COO. You will translate growth strategy into executable plans and partner with leaders to drive ARR, gross margin and cash flow.

Build and maintain models, dashboards and reporting, oversee the annual operating plan and long-range forecasts, and align finance with strategy in a private equity-backed SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance roles with FP&A and strategic finance responsibilities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or data businesses with recurring revenue models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual and rolling financial plans, with linked income statement, balance sheet and cash flow models.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with COO and department heads to translate strategy into financial plans.
• Forecast revenue, churn, renewal and gross margin, guiding profitability initiatives.
