Job summary

CFO’s Domain, a Solomon Edwards Company, is seeking a hands-on SVP of Finance for a fast-growing, PE-backed brand experience studio. You will own close, budget, forecast, and lead FP&A, with responsibility for pricing, spend, and margin to scale the business.

This role partners with the CEO and Board, translating numbers into actionable insights, overseeing treasury, audits, and lender reporting, and building a high-performing finance team as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8–12+ years in progressive finance, with FP&A and reporting.
• 3–5+ years senior finance leadership with team management.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting.
• Experience in project-based, agency, or creative services models preferred.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior finance partner to CEO, leadership team, and Board.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Oversee Controller and FP&A resources with clear ownership.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and pricing.
• Drive analyses of budget-to-actual, revenue trends, and margin.
• Improve project-level economics and resource utilization.
