Marick Mechanical, part of Orion Services Group, seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy across Marick, Bieg Plumbing, and Wichita entity. This hands-on, commercially minded executive will ensure financial integrity, consolidate reporting, and partner with operations to improve profitability and scale.

The role covers strategic planning, close processes, cash management, WIP and job costing, and AI-enabled finance transformation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience leading month-end close, cash forecasting, and working capital management.
• Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting, WIP reporting, job costing, and project margin analysis.
