• Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, or a field-based service business.
• Demonstrated leadership with accountability for market performance including revenue, margin, and cash.

Responsibilities

• Own market performance against the annual operating plan.
• Develop and execute the annual market plan with the President.
• Manage cash discipline, billing, accounts receivable, and working capital.
• Lead cross-functional teams in sales, service, and projects.
• Protect margin while growing customer relationships.
• Report to the President and partner with finance, HR, safety.
