Job summary

Marick Mechanical, an Orion Services Group company, is seeking a General Manager in St. Louis to lead market performance, drive growth, ensure safety, and build a high-performing team.

This on-site role reports to the President and oversees operations across service, construction/projects, maintenance, and sales. The GM will translate the annual plan into disciplined execution, protect margins, manage cash, and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering on commitments to customers

Qualifications

• Experience leading a market or business unit with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to drive growth and safety.

Responsibilities

• Own market performance against annual operating plan.
• Develop and execute the annual market plan with leadership.
• Lead sales, service, construction/projects growth and customer retention.
• Ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.
• Coach leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and strategic account development.
