Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience with month-end close, cash forecasting, and working capital management.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic financial planning and partner with senior leadership.
• Oversee consolidation, accounting, and financial reporting across entities.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
• Drive AI-enabled finance improvements and system modernization.
• Develop and mentor the finance team to scale with multi-entity growth.
