Job summary

Noteworthy AI in Connecticut is seeking a VP of Finance to lead FP&A, financial reporting, treasury, and investor relations for a high-growth AI/edge tech company. You will report to the CEO and build scalable financial operations, partnering with product, commercial, and engineering to align financial targets with strategic milestones.

The ideal candidate has Series A+ startup experience, deep GAAP knowledge, and proven ability to model complex cash flows across multi-year procurement cycles

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive financial leadership in tech/enterprise environments.
• Experience scaling FP&A and finance in venture-backed startups.
• Knowledge of procurement lifecycles for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Manage investor relations, board reporting, and cap table.
• Design scalable financial operations and controls.
