NewEdge Capital Group is seeking a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis in the PA/NYC/STamford corridor. The role offers hybrid in-office expectations 3-4 days per week and reports to the CFO, partnering with senior leadership to shape company-wide financial strategy and KPI development.

We seek a hands-on leader with 10+ years in FP&A, strong three-statement modeling, and proven experience managing capital structure and lender relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in FP&A with executive and board exposure.
• Hands-on leadership of FP&A teams and processes.
• Deep three-statement modeling and long-range planning.
• Experience managing capital structure and lender relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the FP&A team with hands-on mentoring.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and board reporting with timely, accurate information.
• Drive strategic analysis and ad-hoc research for decision-making.
• Manage capital structure and lender relationships; ensure credit compliance.
• Oversee data initiatives including a data warehouse build-out.
• Collaborate with accounting; align data and reporting with CFO and exec team.
