Job summary

Billables AI is seeking its first VP of Finance to be the financial and strategic right hand to the CEO in a fast-growing, AI-native SaaS company based in San Francisco. This hands-on role will combine accounting, RevOps, and strategic deal‑making to drive growth and build a scalable finance function.

You will own finance foundations, partnerships, growth analytics, and annual planning, partnering with the CEO on pricing and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Done it before: senior VP Finance, scaling ARR from ~2M to 20M.
• Hands-on builder who evolves a lean finance function.
• Proven track record partnering with highly technical CEOs.
• SaaS finance mindset with ARR, NDR, payback, and cohorts.
• Strong GAAP and ASC 606 experience.
• Experience leading rev ops and pricing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build finance foundations, systems, and reporting end to end.
• Own partnerships, rev shares, and channel programs and implement PRM tooling.
• Lead growth analytics, annual planning, and pricing strategy in partnership with go-to-market.
• Be the CEO’s primary thought partner on the business and resource strategy.
