Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking a Vice President, Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and business insights. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to translate strategy into actionable financial plans and long-range models.

This remote-first role involves guiding multiple teams, driving performance, and shaping investment decisions. A strong background in insurance or regulated finance is highly valued, with leadership experience essential.

Qualifications

12+ years in FP&A/strategic finance or related roles, incl. 5+ years leading managers.
Proven track record owning planning/forecasting for a business in regulated industries.
Deep knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics.
Experience with BI/reporting tools and data-driven decision making.
Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, economics; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

Set direction for FP&A, product finance, and business insights teams and align with company goals.
Lead annual plan and long-range financial model; manage forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
Present financial results and forecasts to executive teams; advise on investments and strategy.
Oversee collaboration with Accounting, Actuarial, Product, Sales, Claims, and Data teams.
Build and mentor a team of managers; develop future leaders.
