Qualifications

• 12+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• 5+ years in manager leadership roles.
• Proven track record in financial planning and forecasting for highly regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics; MBA a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A, product finance, and business insights teams.
• Run annual planning and long-range financial modeling from start to finish.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across departments.
• Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Develop business cases, unit economics, and pricing analyses for key decisions.
• Oversee data quality and reporting standards across the company.
