Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX and conversational AI design experience.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys and flows.
• Experience designing and deploying Conversational AI solutions.
• Inclusive design and accessibility expertise.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and workshops.
• Proficiency with Figma and conversational design platforms.
• Experience with data-driven, high-density conversational experiences.
• Strong user-research methods and prototyping.
• Experience leading enterprise or complex programs in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies for complex projects—including Conversational AI tools and chatbots—aligning with business objectives and user needs.
• Lead design of AI-powered chat tools and natural language interfaces for Operations Teams.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototypes for key touchpoints, including conversational flows.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and product managers to integrate UX into product development.
• Analyze market trends and leverage data insights to inform design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on user and agent feedback to improve experiences.
• Deliver across concurrent projects and provide status updates to leadership.
• Work with Design System to develop patterns for conversational UI and design language.
• Present work to stakeholders and facilitate ideation workshops.
• Create next-generation experiences across UX, IA, interaction design, and data visualization.
• Mentor junior designers and promote diversity and AI-driven design.
