Chase is seeking an Experience Design Vice President to lead design strategy across Personalization and Insights, shaping user experiences that blend business needs with user insights. You will mentor designers, guide cross-functional teams, and champion inclusive design across products and services.

The role emphasizes strategic design leadership, experience with end-to-end initiatives, and a focus on accessibility and customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX design or similar roles.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
• Experience with inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to translate product requirements into transformational design strategies.
• Strong understanding of client-side tech, APIs, and microservices and their UX impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Diagram flows, wireframes, and prototype interactions for end-to-end design within domains.
• Mentor junior designers and promote inclusive design and accessibility practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed UX into product development.
• Analyze market and user data to inform design decisions across platforms.
