You will mentor junior designers, define experience strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals, platform strategy, and operational resilience while managing complex enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX design or equivalent roles.
• Ability to storyboard, wireframe, and prototype user journeys.
• Inclusive design and accessibility guidelines experience.
• Proven ability to drive transformational innovation and north star representations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms and complex systems.
• Experience leading initiatives across large-scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to align user needs with business objectives amid technology constraints.
• Experience with AI-enabled interactions and data-informed design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototypes for end-to-end design initiatives.
• Promote inclusive design practices and accessibility across projects and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed UX in product development processes.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Lead experience design strategy for Infrastructure Platforms Foundational Services.
• Ensure end-to-end journeys across Storage, Network, Data Protection & Recovery, and Data Center Services.
• Partner with SRE, Production Services, Risk & Controls to create cohesive experiences.
• Develop service design artifacts, journey maps, blueprints, and reusable patterns.
• Use research and data to identify friction points and prioritize improvements.
• Design trustworthy AI-enabled interaction models balancing automation and control.
