Qualifications

• 5+ years (or equivalent) in UX/Product Design delivering end-to-end experiences on complex enterprise products.
• Experience designing for IAM/security workflows and multiple personas (end users, approvers, admins, auditors, developers).
• Ability to create journeys/flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to align teams and drive decisions.
• Inclusive design and accessibility practices (e.g., WCAG).
• Security UX mindset: safe, usable experiences with clear risk communication and strong recovery patterns.
• Experience with generative and evaluative research methods across the product lifecycle.
• User-centric approach with rapid testing and iterative design cycles.
• Strong visual, UI, and interaction design skills; adept with design systems.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts (SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, policies, audit/logging).
• Excellent communication and collaboration, influencing stakeholders and partnering with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies for complex projects and ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs across multiple product areas.
• Diagram service flows and product features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints within a domain.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into product development processes.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform design decisions and optimize experiences across platforms.
