Moody's Corporation is seeking a senior corporate communications professional to shape executive messaging and strategic campaigns across our global Ratings organization.

You will partner with Global Communications and Corporate Affairs to ensure cohesive messaging across external and internal channels, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows while maintaining responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in corporate communications, financial communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• Ability to simplify complex information for internal and external audiences.
• Experience leading communications projects or campaigns in corporate or agency environments.
• Strategic thinker and self-starter able to connect dots across teams and leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to guide others.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative and professional, capable of working with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact communications for Moody's Ratings—shaping executive messaging, strategic campaigns, and stakeholder content globally.
• Lead development and execution of communications supporting Moody's Ratings—executive messaging, intranet content, leader resources, and campaign assets.
• Apply strategic thinking to understand business context and audience needs, turning inputs into cohesive communications.
• Lead high-priority communications initiatives and campaigns, connecting messages to broader narratives and goals.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to assess challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Measure communications effectiveness using tracking, reporting, and insights to refine strategy.
• Work cross-functionally with Corporate Affairs—external communications, social media, brand, and public affairs.
