Mission Rock Residential is seeking a VP of Technology Strategy to align the enterprise software ecosystem with business goals across property management, CRM, ERP, and resident experience platforms.

You will own the roadmap for enterprise initiatives, manage vendor relationships end to end, and drive adoption, data quality, and cost control while partnering with leaders across Operations, IT, Accounting, HR, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior leadership role in multifamily real estate or tech leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, information systems, marketing, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT application team and drive enterprise tech priorities.
• Align enterprise systems roadmap with business strategy and scope.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships end-to-end for system implementations.
