Job summary

Bedrock is seeking a Director, Applications to lead strategy, execution, and ongoing management of its enterprise applications portfolio. This role ensures technology solutions support business growth and operational efficiency across Salesforce, Yardi, Workday, and other systems.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to develop roadmaps, manage budgets, and drive modernization, security, and governance across key platforms, enabling Bedrock’s ambitious real estate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience including 7+ years in commercial real estate.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications (Salesforce, Yardi, Workday) and related technologies.
• Proven leadership of technical teams in architecture, development, and integration.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Bedrock’s enterprise applications portfolio.
• Lead and develop the Applications team and foster a high-performing culture.
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and delivery of application initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify enhancements and new technologies.
• Act as liaison between Technology and business units to ensure alignment.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and performance.
• Develop and manage roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Establish and monitor application performance metrics and KPIs.
• Drive modernization, security, and compliance across the portfolio.
• Lead major upgrades, system migrations, and enterprise transformations.
• Oversee release management, testing, and change management.
