Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC seeks a VP of Technology Strategy to align the company’s enterprise software with business goals and to own the technology roadmap across property management, CRM, ERP, and resident experience tools.

You will lead the IT applications team, partner with departments, drive adoption, and ensure data quality and integrated systems while managing vendor relationships end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior leadership in multifamily property management, real estate operations, marketing, business operations, or technology leadership with enterprise systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, information systems, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead IT application team and drive adoption of enterprise systems.
• Partner with Advisory Team on enterprise technology priorities.
• Align technology initiatives with business strategy and budget.
• Manage vendor relationships end-to-end for implementations.
• Define scope, success metrics, and progress updates to leadership.
