Job summary

Revance is seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to own the ongoing support, enhancement, and roadmap for our core enterprise applications portfolio. Reporting to the CTO, the Executive Director, Head of Enterprise Applications will ensure health, scalability, and continuous improvement of ERP, CRM, Salesforce, Five9, and related platforms.

This hybrid role requires 12+ years in IT with 6+ years leading enterprise teams, plus strong vendor management and data integration skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with 6+ years leading enterprise app teams.
• Experience with ITIL-based support, DevOps, and quality-first delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end support, administration, and development of the enterprise application portfolio.
• Lead and grow a team of analysts, architects, and PMs; set standards for design and delivery.
• Partner with third-party vendors and manage statements of work and performance.
