Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr. Vice President to lead the engineering services business unit, standardizing operations across sales, operations and engineering. You’ll align pricing, delivery capabilities, and resources to drive high engineer utilization and sustained growth across geographies.

The role emphasizes strategic and tactical leadership, building org charts, and delivering scalable processes while advancing the division’s revenue and EBITDA targets in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• EE degree required; PE preferred, non-PE considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Understanding power systems and utility-scale power generation technology.
• Strong leadership and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to design org charts and map customer servicing to growth.

Responsibilities

• Standardize the division’s operations across sales, operations and engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and craft responses.
• Ensure pricing and delivery capabilities are consistently communicated across geographies.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering to allocate resources and maximize utilization.
