Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr. Vice President to lead the engineering services unit, driving growth and alignment across sales, operations and engineering.

The role emphasizes strategic and tactical leadership, resource allocation and high engineer utilization to scale a $100m+ services business. Based in Cincinnati, OH, the successful candidate will standardize division-wide processes, shape pricing and delivery messaging across geographies, and partner with operations to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• EE degree and ideally a PE.
• Understand power systems and utility-sized power generation technology.
• Exceptional EQ and strong people leadership.
• Strategic and tactical with ability to create org charts and plan customer service impact on growth.

Responsibilities

• Standardize division operations across sales, operations and engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand opportunities and align pricing & delivery messaging across geographies.
• Coordinate with operations to determine the support needed for sales and engineering teams.
• Work with engineering to ensure consistent delivery and allocate resources for high utilization.
