Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Vice President to drive growth in our engineering services unit within Denver. You will lead a high-impact team, align sales, operations, and engineering, and standardize delivery across geographies to maximize utilization and profitability.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring an EE degree, potential PE, and strong EQ to lead across multiple functions and regions.

Qualifications

• EE degree required; PE strongly preferred but not required.
• Deep understanding of power systems and utility-scale generation.
• Strong EQ with proven people leadership and team development.
• Able to create org charts and align service delivery with growth.

Responsibilities

• Standardize division operations across sales, delivery and engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and shape responses.
• Ensure pricing and delivery capabilities are communicated consistently.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering to optimize resource allocation.
