Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Regional Vice President to drive growth in the engineering services business unit. The role focuses on standardizing operations, including sales, operations, and engineering, across the northeast region to deliver growth and maximize utilization.

The ideal candidate has an EE degree, P&L leadership of at least $25 million, and strong EQ to lead a people-focused team in a rapidly expanding organization.

Qualifications

• You will have an EE degree and ideally a PE. Non-PE's will be considered on an individual basis.
• You will have owned a P&L of at least 25 million and have at least 5 years of P&L leadership.
• You will understand power systems and utility-sized power generation technology.
• You will have exceptional EQ and strong people leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Standardize the division's operations including sales, operations and engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and respond effectively.
• Ensure pricing and delivery capabilities are communicated across geographies.
• Work with operations and engineering to optimize resources and maximize utilization.
