Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Regional Vice President to drive growth in our engineering services business. This high-impact role will lead the division, align sales, operations and engineering, and own pricing and delivery communication across geographies.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical Engineering degree (PE preferred), 5+ years of P&L leadership, and deep knowledge of power systems. Strong EQ and strategic/tactical skills are essential for this people-leadership position.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree required; PE preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of P&L leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of power systems and utility-scale generation.
• High emotional intelligence; capable of leading diverse teams.
• Must be able to create org structures and articulate customer growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Standardize division operations across sales, operations, and engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and respond effectively.
• Ensure consistent pricing and delivery messaging across geographies.
